Chief Operating Officer

Development lead, Blue Origin BE-3 engine that launched Jeff Bezos & dozens of others into space.
CTO, Ursa Major Technologies - designed, built, and tested the 3D-printed reusable rocket engine powering the Air Force X-60A hypersonic flight research vehicle & Stratolaunch’s Talon hypersonic aircraft.

President & Chief Technology Officer

Selected as Space Shuttle payload specialist in Air Force manned spaceflight engineer program.
Program Manager: built and flight-tested DC-X, the world's first vertical landing reusable rocket.
Built and flight-tested X-40A, the predecessor of the operational X-37 spaceplane.
Chief Engineer for USAF/ DARPA HTV-2 hypersonic boost-glide vehicle test program.

Director, Commercial Finance

Ed was an Investment Director in the deal team at venture capital company, Arix Bioscience plc, and was Managing Director of Arix’s Fund Management operation. Before joining Arix Bioscience.
Ed spent 18 years in finance as an equity analyst and portfolio manager.
From 2004 to 2014, he was Head of Research at Alliance Bernstein and then a senior portfolio manager at AMP Capital.
Ed has also worked for JP Morgan, UBS, and Alliance Bernstein.

Director, Business Development

Business Development Manager for Benchmark Space Systems, where he managed commercial and military sales for Benchmark Space Systems.
Business Development for Astralytical Consulting. Custom market research and consulting for Aerospace companies, investors, and industry providers.
Was an Associate for Creative Destruction Lab, where he mentored startup companies in the Space and AI sectors.
Managed sales and marketing for Nano Racks, LLC., the leading provider of scientific research platforms and satellite deployment on the International Space Station. Built and managed a global sales team that generated annual sales to over $25 million.
