Our mission is lowering the cost of commercial space flight, our expertise is integrated modeling
Meet the team
We began as an idea. In 1996, our founder and CEO Bill Bruner watched as the McDonnell Douglas DC-X project, the first true attempt at a fully reusable rocket, was scrapped during budget cuts due to a simple landing gear failure. He knew that reusability and safety were two of the keys to lowering the cost of space launch and decided then that he would find a way to open the space frontier.
Fast forward 20 years. After two decades in the space business, Bill has gathered a team of software and space professionals to create the world's most advanced integrated launch vehicle design software, which will both increase launch reliability and drastically reduce design costs and timelines. By standing on the shoulders of giants, and licensing this software from our nation's leading national laboratories, New Frontier Aerospace will help push humanity's drive toward the stars.
